A Message From The Owners

Having rented in Victoria Park for a number of years we were looking to buy our first home in East London when we stumbled across this house in Leyton. It had previously been tenanted and wasn't very well looked-after so we spent time making it more suitable for a couple or young family; expanding the second bedroom, adding more storage, a downstairs WC and restoring original features like the sash windows and wood floors. One of our favourite things to do is entertain and enjoy the garden, which is a lovely suntrap in Summer. We have been so lucky to live somewhere that isn't overlooked at the rear, leaving us able to enjoy the views over the trees from the back of the house.

Leyton is a fantastic place to live and more and more is happening in the community all the time. It is well connected via the Central line and Overground but also has everything you need right here. We are a 5-minute stroll to the shops and cafes on Francis Road, and Jubilee Park and the Ive Farm sports facilities are right on our doorstep. We're also within easy reach of Westfield Stratford and the wonderful amenities of the Olympic Park.
